2026 Spring Camporee

Our District is having a camporee this spring.

Please join us for the Camporee May 1-3! The OA has been working very hard to create a great program for this event. Many troops have already committed to attend, but the more the merrier! Please register below to reserve your campsite:

What is a camporee?

The camporee involves patrol-based competitions. The scouts usually camp, compete and cook by patrol.  Each patrol should have a patrol name, patrol flag, patrol cheer or yell and a patrol leader.

The Order of the Arrow,  Kaweah and Wekemnayon Chapters, will be event leaders for the program and the campfire, augmented by  older boy scouts who volunteer their time and expertise.

Patrols are invited to participate in the Campfire with skits.

• These need to follow the BSA National Camping School Guidelines.

Who is invited?

• All Scouts BSA troops.  Sea Scout Ships, and Venture Crews are also invited to attend.
